Pre Workout Routine

I like anyone else have a pretty set routine.  I get off from work and pack up my things.  Then I head on over to the gym.  From there I like to go ahead and get myself all set in the locker room.  I even take the best pre-workout supplement I can find.  From there i like to go ahead and warm up on the elliptical machine.  After getting my blood good and pumping I’ll then go for a little weight training.  I personally prefer the free weight machines.  I think they offer a nice amount of resistance and force you to work with the correct form.

After my first set,  i usually walk around just a bit and maybe grab a drink of water from the water fountain before I go back and complete my workout.
